What you share
The contact form asks for your name, email, company, website and a description of the help you need. A phone number is optional. Please share only what is useful for an initial conversation, and leave out passwords, payment details and sensitive personal information.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Why we ask
We use this information to understand your request, assess whether GrowSignal can help and respond to you. Sending a request does not sign you up for marketing updates or trigger an automated follow-up email to you.
How requests are handled
Your email and the details you provide are stored in Minting House Inc.’s HubSpot account, with a reference number to identify your request. Your full name is kept with your message. Joelle receives an email notification and reviews requests in HubSpot. If your email already matches a contact there, your request may update that contact’s email or message.
HubSpot processes contact submissions, and our email provider processes notifications and correspondence. These services support our handling of your inquiry.
How long information is kept
We keep inquiry information while it is needed to respond to your request, manage a business relationship or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not apply a fixed automatic deletion schedule to contact inquiries. You can email Joelle to ask about information we hold or request its deletion.
Questions, access or corrections
Contact joelle@mintinghouse.co with privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete information you have shared. Joelle reviews these requests manually. We may need to confirm your identity and whether any records need to be retained before acting on a request.
Hosting and website activity
Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested page and request time, to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the site. These hosting records are separate from your contact message.
Our contact form does not forward your IP address or browser cookies to HubSpot. This website does not currently load advertising trackers or a HubSpot tracking script.
